Lessons and Educational Support

To kick off our journey I like to hold a free telephone consultation with parent(s) and the prospective student. This helps me understand how I can make the most of our time together and what the requirements are. If you decide tutoring is for you then we would then schedule a tutoring session. 

During 1:1 sessions pupils of all ages and abilities are supported to improve their English skills; gaining confidence and enjoyment in the subject which will lead to success during their school career.

I create bespoke homework tasks and encourage the pupil or student (dependant on age) to e-mail me their completed work. I also encourage  independence and for students to take an active involvement in their progress. I like to hold regular reviews so we refine our sessions and find what works for the student.
